Condition of Return
l The received product does not match with the order receipt.
l Goods are damaged or quality problems
Return Notice
l Please check the product when you pick up and keep the receipt or email order receipt for record. If any problems in products, you can require for return within 5 days you pick up the products. We are not accepted after the deadline. (Only Juice Products)
l For Return, all the products should return by original sales status, it should be returned with packaging and label. If the products have been damaged and modified, it will not be returned.
Return Process
l Please consumer take the picture clear for the damaged or the part with problems of the products, then contact 2412 1008/Whatsapp 97671377/Email to Bless Customer Service department(eshop@blessb.com) with the receipt for apply the return. For the email way, the title should be specified "request for product return" for make sure that the return process can smooth and clear. When we confirm that you are conform the return conditions, you will receive the email for confirmation. The product return details, and process will be listed in the confirmation email. Please use the original package or another normal bag with the returned products and delivery notice/order receipt for return. When Bless receive the returned products, we will arrange the refund in eshop system. Normally the refund will be return to your payment account.
